By accessing and using The Pilot Tribe ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

The Pilot Tribe provides AI-powered product analysis and feedback services. Our Service includes:

• AI analysis of product landing pages and mockups
• Feedback and recommendations for product improvement
• Community of product testers (coming soon)
• Email updates about our service (opt-in)

The Service is currently in beta and provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Currently, no account is required to use our AI analysis feature. If you choose to:

• Join our email list: You must provide a valid email address
• Join as a tester: You must provide accurate information about yourself

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit malicious content, malware, or harmful code
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access the Service excessively
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited messages
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or algorithms

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

When you submit content (URLs, images, text) for analysis:

• You retain all ownership rights to your content
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide our Service
• You represent that you have the right to submit the content
• We may use anonymized versions of your content to improve our AI models

5.2 Our Content

The AI analysis, feedback, and all other content provided by our Service are owned by The Pilot Tribe or our licensors. You may use the feedback for your own products but may not resell or redistribute our analysis as a service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses AI to generate product feedback. Please note:

• AI-generated feedback is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy
• AI may occasionally produce incorrect, biased, or inappropriate suggestions
• You should use your own judgment when implementing AI feedback
• We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from following AI recommendations
• Human review (coming soon) will provide additional validation

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time
• We may implement rate limits to prevent abuse

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD

This Service is currently free. As such, we provide it without warranties of any kind.
